Superman, Dylan Shults Memorial Fund

After struggling with the question so many are asking, "How can I help when I feel so helpless," I have set up this fundraising page to help the family of Dylan Shults, a.k.a Superman!

Dylan has struggled his entire life with Cystic Fibrosis...from months at a time in the hospital to a double lung transplant, Dylan has always been able to fight his way back home. Today Dylan is on life support and his life is fading quickly. Dylan's mom, my long time friend, is now facing the unfortunate decision.

Your unwavering support of prayers and heartfelt messages of love are giving his family courage, but we can do more. Please join me by making a donation to help defray the mounting expenses encountered because of Dylan's illness. All money received will go directly to Dylan's mom, Tina Shults.
