Struggling with bills & car please help!

Hello. My name is Jill and I normally wouldn't do something like this, but I don't know where else to turn. I'm in some major debt right now. My dad died a few months ago and I took some time off from work. He died from stage 4 lung cancer and only made it 6 months. I am now even more behind on my bills than I was before, due to time off and helping my mom cope with things. They were married for 53 years. I do work but I only make slightly under 400 dollars every two weeks. Currently I am seeking other employment, but it's not working out so well in the search.
I have medical bills and credit cards that are now severely past due and keep getting over limit fees. I'm owing about $5,000 with medical and credit cards. My other issue is my car. It's 19 years old and something was going wrong on it pretty much every other week for the past year. Now, just to go along with everything else in my life, it's completely broke down--transmission went out. So I need to A. fix it (expensive and pointless with how old it is), or B. get another junker, and I don't have any money for either option. I have been relying on coworkers and friends to get me to and from work for the past week and they can't continue to do so. So I desperately need a new (used) car. I was thinking something around $2,000 that may actually last a few years without needing work every other week, but realistically I just desperately need something that runs for now.
Lastly, I would like to get a crown on my tooth. While this is the least of my priorities right now, it is actually very important. I suffer from migraines (have all of my adult life) and this tooth on the right side of my mouth is adding to it pretty bad. I don't want to pull it due to the fact it's toward the front of my mouth. But it's keeping me in terrible pain and aggravating my migraines, which makes life generally miserable. If I end up having to pull it I will, but being able to get it capped would be amazing.
There's more to my story but I don't want to burden anybody else with tons more details--sob stories aren't really my thing and I hate to even have to do this. But in all honestly I'm in dire need of help and don't have anyone that has money to give out. I also cannot get approved for a personal loan or even car loan, otherwise I would turn to that option instead. I thank you sincerely for your time and any help you may give.
