Bringing Truth Home!!!

I am raising money for...The expenses that go hand in hand with adoption. We have been matched with a wonderful 11 year old girl we are calling "Truth". My Husband and I currently have 5 children at home with us. They are 6, 5, 4, 3 and 1...three of our children have entered our family through adoption and two through birth. We feel honored that our Lord and Savior had trusted us with so many of His little ones and are amazed each time He asks us to care for another! We love the trials and joys that come with each child. We feel as if with each adoption we not only adopt a child but a family, history, and culture! Our daughter is currently in Ethiopia and is in need of medical attention! We will be able to provide for her once she is home and are asking Gods people to help with the expense of that transition.
The money collected will go towards...The travel expenses to Ethiopia. We need to travel two times and depending on airfare we could be looking at 2,200 per person per trip=8,800 total in airfare...the in country expenses will be around $1,100 each trip=2,200...just for the trips to adopt and then later pick up our daughter!! We will also be traveling back to her home to day goodbye to family and friends.

Our daughter is just one of many children needing a family...she knows that she is "unwanted" in the eyes of her community due to her illness, please pray that she knows that she is fearfully and wonderfully made by Father who loves her through all!!!
Those of you who may not "believe in" supporting adoption or believe that we should pay it all on our own...please do not donate, but please take a good look at your life and see where you could be the change this world so needs!
I pray that eveyone who reads this is covered by Gods Grace, and I pray that He burdens you with the pain He feels for these little souls! I pray that the pain will not leave you until you say yes to God and care for the "homeless and the Loveless" James 1:27...Amen
