Brooklyn Bike Park's mission is to provide the borough with its ONLY legal and low-cost bike park specifically designed for beginner and intermediate level bike riders and BMX riders! Our new Velosolutions pumptrack will also accommodate skaters! Designed as a family friendly recreation area, it will be first of its kind to integrate cyclists and skaters alike.
What's New this year you ask? Velosolutions, the leading company in building Pump Tracks worldwide, has built the most amazing track the Metro New York area has ever seen! The quality of the experience for riders and skaters is far greater than our prior clay-dirty track.
Our prices are one of the lowest in the country. Renting a bike (skates) and helmet is just $5 and admissions rates range from FREE (Suggested $5 donation) for children under 8 year olds to $10 for adult. We need your help to continue to donate throughout the year because we want to keep our prices low, which is going to be difficult because our insurance has tripled vs. Last year.
We want to start paying our staff wages starting in August, especially because some of us have kids too and devote 60+ hours to the park! Instead of raising our prices we have been working for free the months leading to our opening day through 8/10. That's why the donation continues to be important long after we opened. Especially to raise funds to cover our operating costs during the winter season when ridership will decrease. We don't want to default on our insurance and utility payments so please come visit the park and donate today!
Thank you all who have donated thus far! Between the GoFundMe donations and on-site donations the month of July we made $9,702, which was just enough for the massive downpayment and first month's rent.

Without these funds we are not be able to sustain our low-cost pricing, a service that has benefited thousands of people during the prior two years that we were open; many of them were children! THANK YOU!
Our new location, Brooklyn Bike Park V 2.0, is located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn @ 318 Kent Ave. It is right on the water and across the street from the old location, which no longer exists. Even in our new location our community is our #1 priority despite the fact that our insurance payments have more than tripled in cost versus last summer, we will continue to offer low-cost entrance and rental fees to provide a revolutionary and new recreational experience to everyone including low and middle income families. Everybody deserves to experience Brooklyn Bike Park!
