i'm anna anthropy - game designer, author, and traveling speaker. My recent projects include dys4ia, an autobiographical story about my own hormone replacement therapy, Rise of the Videogame Zinesters, a book about how DIY game development is solving the problem of homogeneity in digital games, and a speaking tour that took me to baltimore, LA and toronto.
unfortunately, during that tour my submissive / lifemate / pr manager broke her arm - her elbow specifically. she being uninsured, it was three weeks before she could actually have her elbow operated on. now we have piles of medical bills. i'm in the middle of writing my next two books - a queer pulp choose your own adventure book and a textbook on game design - and we just don't have the money to make ends meet. my royalty check for zinesters doesn't even cover a month's rent.
