The Lady of Guadalupe
Mesoamerica, the New World, 1521: The capital city of the Aztec empire falls under the Spanish forces. Less than 20 years later, 9 million of the inhabitants of the land, who professed for centuries a polytheistic and human sacrificing religion, are converted to Christianity. What happened to precipitate such an upward conversion?
December 9, 1531: Juan Diego hears music and a woman's voice calling to him. At the crest of the hill he sees a radiantly beautiful woman, who reveals that she is Our Lady, the Mother of God. She instructs Juan Diego to go to the local bishop and tell him that a temple should be built in her honor at the base of the hill.
Juan Diego proceeds directly to Tlatelolco and the palace of Bishop Juan de Zumárraga, a Franciscan friar. The bishop receives him, but is reluctant to believe Juan Diego's story. A discouraged Juan Diego returns to Tepeyac Hill, and admits his failure to Our Lady. She directs him to again go to the bishop, and repeat her request.
December 10, 1531 (Sunday): Juan Diego returns to the bishop's palace. The bishop questions him for a long time, and finishes by telling Juan Diego that he needs a sign to believe that Our Lady sent him. On his return to Tepeyac Hill, Juan Diego tells her of the bishop's demand. She promises to fulfill it the next day when Juan Diego visits her again.
When Juan Diego arrives before the skeptical Bishop Zumárraga, he opens his tilma and the roses fall to the floor. However, Juan Diego has more than roses as a sign, for a portrait of Our Lady appears on the coarse fabric of the tilma. The bishop and his whole household are filled with amazement. The Bishop and people fulfill Juan Diego's request, and build a temple dedicated to Our Lady of Guadalupe. The roses are a miracle as these flowers did not grow in that region or climate nor could roses grow in one day.
Fast forward to 2011-2012: It is my belief that Mother Mary apparitions and visitations are representative of the Divine Mother of creation returning to us, this time in the form of Rose Ray energy rather than roses. We are ready. For such a long time, this energy was withdrawn from Gaia/Earth in order to protect Itself for the right time to return. As we on Earth become more and more Heart-centered, this Rose Ray of Creation is being made evident. Hate is born
of false spoken or unspoken teachings,
based on the core   belief or concept
of a condemning,  conditional,  temperamental God, Creator, Source.
 
We say hate is
the human outpicturing
of this idea
into the form of
experiencing this core energy,
this energy of
basically reaction to desertion,
or rather reaction to perceived desertion.
This energy then manifests as whatever form
According to one’s learnings, etc,
one will assign
“”that which is “unpleasing” to God, Creator, Source””
to the parts of one’s inner world
and the world one sees outside themselves
that apply to that belief set.
They will internalize or externalize this energy,
which is not really healthy for them or others,
and describes vibrationally a relatively false
reality,
when the energy is in this form.
 
It at that point is basically an energy of the experience of Rejection,
sometimes aimed inwardly at ourself,
sometimes aimed outwardly at others.
 
This is probably why the current Christian bible
refers to the spirit of rejection,
and encourages a reunion of sorts
with God, Spirit, Christ, Self, Source.
 
It’s all very nice,
And certainly there is an
aspect of truth to it.
However, as many of you know,
many will not agree
to accept that the true source
of what they are
ever “rejected”,
so they do not
want to support
in any way
what they consider is a false basic insertion.
 
We say, in spite of this,
step beyond the influence
of having to stand up
in the face of less complete understandings.
we suggest to
actively investigate within yourself
every part of you
which has been taught
the art of exceptions and rejections of parts, etc.

You will recognize this material in you by
1.    It is most often involved with
beliefs at some level,
or comes from them, an extension.
2.    There is an aspect
to the energy
which we can best
describe as “rejection”

and many places within you too.
Search them out.
Because this is
a good time to identify them
within your thinking and feeling nature.
At this time,
we suggest only to identify them,
these thoughts, feelings, beliefs, energies.
You need not change anything.
 
It is enough to become aware and identify these energies, for now.
These energies may be mixed with the core energies
of other experiences, feelings, and within your ideas.

THE MANUSCRIPT of SURVIVAL : :
 
First of all, let us take this opportunity to congratulate you all on completing another installment of this saga. You might not be aware of this, but you have just finished downloading another increment of the literally life-changing bouts of energy that is constantly being beamed not only into you, but also the whole of your planet. It might not feel like much at the moment, but this bout of boosting codes where amongst the most important ones you have received up until now. As you might be aware of, this year titled 2012 is the one that has been designed as the year of 0, or the year where everything is shifting into a new dimension, in more ways than one. You have only reached the beginning of the third month of this year, but already so much has been changed it could fill almost a lifetime of a so-called ”normal” human being.
We are well aware that for many, these changes seems to be obscure to say the least, as they cannot fathom that anything at all has changed in their life, at least nothing that can be detected by a superficial scrutiny of everyday life. But, as always, we do not refer to superficial changes, we refer to those monumental shifts taking place not only inside of you, but inside your planet as well, and we can gurantee that nothing on this magnitude has ever taken place in any of these forementioned locations before.
Some of you have already detected this, as a sort of swell starting to come in from the horizon. You can feel the movements as something huge indeed, but you cannot pinpoint where this movement originates from, neither what it is really doing. It is a little like being on the back of a huge animal slowly moving across uneven ground whilst being blindfolded. You can feel the slow and steady rhythm of the steps and the undeniable force beneath you, but you have no sense of direction or of time. So too is this process moving ahead, with a seemingly low but undeniable steady and unstoppable forward momentum. Soon, these waves of incoming energies will force these movements further into your field of vision, and you will start to see more of the effects of these swells, but we defy anyone that say that they are unable to detect any of these undulations at least once during a normal day. Some have likened it to standing in the middle of a river moving slowly but steadily towards a hidden horizon, others to being inside a huge wave slowly building upwards as it approaches the shore. It is at times exhilarating and frustrating, as you can disctinctively feel that something big and powerful has taken hold of you and is transporting you somewhere, whereas you are totally unable to detect any trace either of this ”beast” or the direction you are being transported in.
To some, this will engender a measure of fear, as you are constanly being told the virtues of keeping control over you life, and this thing you are riding now is clearly something totally beyond anything you can have a say in. Do not let this fool you into thinking that you have been kidnapped by something that will take you away to a place where you have no wish to be taken, nothing could be further from the truth. You have in fact been allowed aboard the train to tomorrow, and the feeling you have now is a confirmation that the train has certainly left the station and is gathering momentum to take you all to that place you have been longing to go for such a long time.
Again, much of this journey will be kept in the dark as it were, that is, we will not yet show you neither the captain and crew on this train neither the scenery from the windows, that will come in a little while, but rest asssured that you are in very good company indeed, and that this journey has been set up with your best interest at heart, so just sit back and enjoy the journey sweet ones! We cannot say just when you will arrive at your designated destination, but we can guarantee you that you will find the journey to be to your liking, even if it might feel a tad strenuous at times. Even if we are responsible for the logistics of it all, you yourselves play a prominent part in realizing it, so this is not a journey for idle sightseers, rather a business trip for humans set on making themselves ready to attain the ultimate goal of freedom from the old world and all of its connotations. That does not mean that you will not have time to enjoy the amenities, far from it, but it will be liberally interspersed with rather intense working periods where you all will be toiling merrily away both together and separately. We use the word ”merrily” with intent here, as we know that although at times very arduous, you would not like to miss this once in a lifetime – or rather lifetimes – opportunity to ride on this freedom train together with so many of your fellow men. So sit back and relax while you can sweet ones, the bell will soon ring to call you to another class on this life changing express train to tomorrow.

March Energy Update: Awakening Flows into Transparency, the Seat of Your Awareness Elevates
 
March 2012 There are huge signs available to us now of the immense progress of our personal awakening/divine embodiment and the ascension of our planet into higher frequencies. We can see now how much of what we’ve experienced has led us to a point where we are now energized and empowered enough to focus upon creativity. It’s a joyous amazing time for any who are feeling this shift, and a powerful and encouraging sign paving the way for those in next wave and those waking up!
The Energy of March is amping toward the Equinox. This momentum initiated in December at the Solstice as the Arcs between these alignments in the precession of the Equinoxes and the Solstices increase in impact.
The accelerating energies have had affected us with their light and information and we in turn are evolving further. What this looks and feels like depends on where we are in our awakening process, what our elements of our energetic architecture are active, and what our intent is for using the energies.
It is increasingly important to note that our intent shapes the way we use the energy we receive. If you have not yet considered setting intentions for how the energy flowing into your field is received and utilized, why not do so now? You might intend to make your soul available to the new energies to support your ascension in to higher frequencies, with ease. (For example.) Intent is everything these days as energy is more available and many are vibrating with greater amounts of energy and thus also have more influence and greater resources with which to create.
The waves of light are activating new groups of souls. There are people beginning to feel the restlessness, the awareness of something deeper and more significant and with this shift, the beacon of the inner journey is ignited.
For those who have completed the clearing of the lower etheric layers–the physical, emotional and mental bodies being clear and free of energetic congestion–there is an enormous surge propelling you into transparency. The seat of your awareness is shifting and you are being called to live in a different relationship to the inner planes and your life in manifest form as the human reading this.
This energy creates a strong desire to release the outward, lifestyle components that may have felt necessary but not harmonious with your true self. And specifically many who have remembered and rediscovered their paths to wholeness are being urged to find ways to set up shop and broadcast their uniquely approachable energy-flavor. Many are called to be bridges to awakening, sharing and shining so those who will resonate with their energy and processes and be able to connect and use what is shared to remember and create on their own path of enlightenment.
For those beings, ready to shift into transparency the impulse to movement is strong and remaining still or hesitating will create great frustration and unhappiness. Realize that you will not necessarily know exactly how all of this is going to play out, but like Indiana Jones watches the path appear in front of him in faith, you too must walk forward on the inspiration as it appears in order for the next step to be given.
Life is dynamic and accelerating. Realize that the next steps are not being hidden from you. You are being given the steps that exist as reliable-now (and now and now and now). This keeps you in harmony with the ever expanding leading edge on which you are creating and increasingly living energetically. Know that not being able to organize your whole life or business or work or move, to not be able to plan ahead, is actually a gift. It supports you in staying in alignment if you just allow yourself to trust and take things one step at a time. Give birth to the essence of your dreams and then stay focused on that, calling forth the next guidance, insight, coincidence or connection by asking questions with intent to move, each day. Allow the next steps to show up and pay attention to synchronicity and coincidence which will often reveal the way if you’re looking.
As we live from a soul level current, each relationship and conversation is a gift. These connections have the ability to accelerate the creation of the New Earth. Being open hearted and willing to share what arises and is inspired within you, will make you part of the collective co-creation. The time to stand on the sidelines and watch the game is over. Especially for those being drawn into transparency, this stalemate choice of non-movement and non-participation because you may feel uncertain or unworthy, will just leave you feeling disconnected and unhappy. Just trust yourself and jump in.
Along with transparency, there is an elevation of the seat of consciousness. Increasingly there is the call to bring the movement and expansiveness of the inner planes into your manifest life. This is an enormous signpost on the way to 5th Dimensional Manifest Reality. Recognize it as such and allow yourself a whopping “Woo-hoo!”
The New Earth will show up as reflection of your inner experience made manifest by focus and willingness to flow energy in your experience into new ways. As more and more of us embrace this quality of sincere participation as powerful creators in the ongoing generation of life on Earth, others will have confidence to join the fun and the momentum will build.
Transformation alone has never been the point of all this change. The shift of the ages involves transformation for the purpose of manifest reality transforming. We need awakening and manifestation as our experiences to fulfill the intentions for the Divine Plan for our Planet, and our personal aspirations of participating in this auspicious epoch of time/space.
Civilization and culture rest in our hearts. The outcomes of creation on Earth, the shape of things to come, and the experiences of right here right now are enormously influenced by those high-vibe Earth Angels who have found their light and are bringing it home.
We need to awaken and bring this way of being to bear on reinventing and recreating our lives, our world, our civilization and the collective thought forms and beliefs of our shared consciousness. As one of us enlarges our consciousness and elevates our being, all of us benefit for we are all One, interconnected and whole together.
It is within this wholeness that we have great hope and promise, for we can springboard off of one another, leap-frogging into new territory and expanding the experiences possible for humanity and thus for all life on our planet.
Lastly, I encourage you as you are ready to step into your role as Creator Gods, to begin with your own life. It’s important for your own life to work. That means being healthy, happy, having abundant energy and resources and work, relationships and a lifestyle that allows you to flow and thrive. Get happy, essentially, then share the love.
The example of your joy is a beacon to those unsure about things. It helps inspire the deep inner recognition of this glorious opportunity available here and now. Furthermore and most important, your joy generates energy and this allows you to be highly magnetic–attracting all you need, and highly influential–shaping the world with your ideals.
As the most complex sentient being here we have enormous responsibility to care for and include all life in our perceptions of reality and the way we choose to live and create a mode of being.
Life is essentially the same thing in all forms: source energy made manifest. As we learn to live expressing this appreciation and realization we experience countless shifts in our lifestyles. These changes bring that which we are and how we live into a full expression of this innate appreciation and love for all of ourselves as One.
It is this harmonious, peace-filled experience which is increasingly available to each of us now. It is up to us if we continue to participate in unsustainable pathways which continually draw us out of our own hearts and into power struggles and other energetic distortions to feel good and as an artificial substitute for love, true connection and the joy of being ourselves.
Life is opening to new pathways. Many are discovering the inner joy that never fades. The innate wisdom always available and the abundant experience of love and well-being that is part of all that.
You too, wherever you are, can move beyond restlessness and the sense that there must be more to life, through the dark night of the soul and the inner forest, into a glowing meadow; to this radiant state of luminous being. It is your true nature to be light and to emanate this energy from your focus–regardless of form. As the Human Being reading this, you know this. Deep within you is also the clear awareness that you are entirely, fundamentally wonderful and there is not, and never has been anything wrong with you.
As you reconnect the inner pathways to this eternal truth, all kinds of distortions and old patterns and habits will arise and depart from your experience. As you knowingly let them go, you will discover a process of continual expansion. You will increasingly dwell in grace-filled states of knowing, clarity, creativity, joy and love. It is from this gloriously happy state that you have the vision, inspiration and the vibrational resonance to open up creative options in the New Earth. Remember, access is granted by frequency resonance with specific bands of energy. As you reinstate your own freedom and confidence, self-love and sense of innate beauty, you will find 5th Dimensional dwelling available in your waking state, regardless of where the Earth is in her progression toward this higher band of residence. You will effectively become a bridge to the new life possible for those not yet there. It is inspiring to realize all the points of light and love moving into this state of being on our beautiful Earth!
It is from this empowered, energized state that you are called into transparency, into radiant, sincere, ego-free self-expression. There then is no hesitation, no doubt, no evaluation. Your role is simply to be you, to express and create as you are inspired. No more, no less. You can trust in the value of your inspiration and impulses as we are all inspired from the same ground of being. And as you are inspired to offer, another is inspired to receive. As you are looking for something, someone is inspired to create and share it. Life exists and unfolds in an awesome choreographic dance of unfathomable complexity and grace-filled connections.
Live from the true nature of your being, however you know this to be. The energy of this month will peak with the Equinox and all of this momentum will crest and we will emerge with a new, elevated sense of all that we are and what we wish to experience.
To celebrate and open fully to this arc, simply state your intentions, open your heart and come forth as you are. Know you are profoundly loved and vital to everything.

Starting to Rock 5D

This week brings opportunities to feel the new matrix, the new field, of stellar assistance that is here to accompany Earth as we rock in 5th dimension. As an explorer ship gallivanting the universe in the form of a planetary body Earth has entered her next frontier of reality and is being received with excitement, delight, and curiosity. Many ambassadors of other worlds await our awakening so that an interaction of Greater Remembrance may take place. Often I speak of Oneness and enough humans have now embodied the truth of the concept that we can expand our collective consciousness to include universal aspects that up-until-now we did not have the ability to recognize.
As we each awaken and shimmer in 5D Light we will recall more intensely "being All within One." Beginning this month a new sense of trust and acceptance is going to wash over the enlightened collective of Earth. No longer will we be spellbound by the ignorance of our third dimension illusion. For those ready there will be a rejoining with the greater population of universal beings who live and know cosmic levels of Love & Light therefore we can enter a field of Refined spirituality. For many of us a renaissance of Soul Fire is happening.
This latest positioning of Earth, along with the energetic tune-ups she is receiving, is sending wave upon wave of liberation that will allow the Open Ones to express an unprecedented level of their Highest and Best potential. Not only will the physical body be rapidly assuming its original template form and design, the mind will be finishing up the cleansing of perceptions and beliefs that have sabotaged our authentic agenda of Wholeness.
So what might all of that suggest as we look at our week ahead? For the most part it will feel creatively high yet physically low. By that I mean our mental, imaginative, creative centers will be reeling with ideas on how to reach long-sought goals. Harness the power of positive thinking on maximum levels of astuteness, imagination and sensitivity. Know multiple solutions to problems you have been pondering about will simply come forward. Because we released the "we can't" aspect of awakening in February (the 14th & 15th) we are giving ourselves permission to be supported by the incoming March crystalline stellar intelligent energies.
The physical lows will develop individually based upon the needs of each unique, organic, biological field. Some bodies are still letting go of older, denser energies in order to make space for the quantum crystalline configurations that are beginning to spin and activate within the fluid centers of the physical. The "light body" process has begun so the body may signal being "tired and worn down." (**remember Feb. 5, 6, & 7 we experienced a further illumination of the physical body. Your etheric grids are now more controlled by the Light body.) Please continue to be wise and get plenty of rest for it is certainly necessary. Be intuitive and follow the guidance you get when asking what you can do to comfort the physical this week.
Like me, you may feel "foggy" in the head during the week and also very tired to the point of exhaustion as this greater plan molds a crystalline form out of carbon-based matter. We are eliminating and removing the components in our bodies that do not fit with the blueprint of the Awakening Times. A renovation and renewal is taking place physically from the inside-out. Be mindful that the body needs you to assist it in these processes. Honor your body and it needs.
So then, expect some nice highs while still having to be patient with your vessel as it is recalibrated to better run Ascension ideas, thoughts, and inspirations. Much will be occurring in the month of March, become conscious of the "integration allowances" you need to schedule to remain connected to the vitality of your life force as you set up your daily calendars.
It is the wise person this week that chooses to cooperate with the essential nature of change and to know oneself --

As a living being with a divine nature, I was created from the infinite and eternal life of God. As I reflect on the magnificence of creation, I feel a sense of wonder. I realize I am a divine spiritual being, endowed with all the attributes of Spirit. This Truth is wondrous. I am alive with God's Presence. I am saturated with Divinity. I am love. I am light. I am joy.
I know I am in this life to express and share my truest nature, so I dedicate each day to giving my divine greatness to Life. As such,I prepare myself accordingly each morning. I align with the vision of God potential I witness in the world. I absorb beauty, I cultivate patterns of peace and harmony for I understand to "be" these things I must not leave them out of my daily comings and goings. I rejoice in the wonder of my being and let it fill my consciousness. I am training my mind to always correspond my internal knowings and nature with my external objective experiences. My life has a deep meaning.
I am the minstrel of Spirit, here on purpose. Stretching and growing, living the highest creative endeavor. I am grateful for the loving nature of Universal Mind as it acts in amazing ways to fulfill my word this day. And so it is.

Reawakening Yourselves"
Greetings dear ones, for I Am Kryon of Magnetic Service.
It’s wonderful for us in the spirit world to be back in Lithuania on this cold winter’s evening.
Dear ones, a new world is coming and the universe is moving into order; the planets, the stars and the solar system are moving to create new beginnings on this earth, completely changing the energies of the earth plane.
This will be a process, dear ones, this will be a process of learning, for those in power—not all of those in power—will have to let go of much of their power and much of their wealth. The energies of this planet and this world are changing, and for 15 years now, David has channeled the same message. You will stop creating through negative energies and create a new world out of pure love and there will be two shifts of energy.
The first shift in consciousness is from this third dimension to the fourth dimension, and the second shift is from the fourth to the fifth. Not only will human beings shift through this consciousness, but so will the earth plane, she will also ascend. You’re headed towards a completely new world, a beautiful, beautiful world of peace, love and harmony. There will be absolutely no room for war; there will be deep and intrinsic connections between human beings.
You are all healing and your world is changing. For those of you that are healers it is for you to claim your power; this is being supported by many different energies, and Kryon is the energy that is the umbrella for all these energies. Energies and entities of great wisdom, love and understanding are here to hold you in a space—not just for tonight, but forever—into a completely new world, a world of pure love.
There are seven billion on this planet, and there are so many people to be present with this ascension. In spirit world there are queues and queues of spirits waiting to come to this earth to be present as the earth plane evolves and moves to a new dimension, taking all populations with her to this new dimension. And this is happening now and your consciousness will be very different by the twenty-first of the twelfth, 2012. You will look back at this old world, and look over your shoulder, and you will see a crazy world that you are leaving behind, a world where everything is upside down, where nothing is the truth, and you will be moving into a new world of pure love and pure truth.
The new world will be a world led by the conscious; the old world is the world ruled by the unconscious. Your bankers, the hierarchy of this planet, and the monetary system, it’s already beginning to fail, this system will totally fail. And all the different hierarchies that are holding this system together will begin to collapse. You’re headed into a new world where you are whole and where you are complete, and where you are connected to the divine, both the Divine Father and the Divine Mother, and you will be free, free to live your life as you please, and allowing the love to constantly flow.
Just like the sun constantly shines in the solar system, your solar plexus will begin to glow, and your heart will begin to expand, connecting you to the heart of the solar system, and also allowing your mind to connect to the universal mind. Those who have done their inner work will be on the first wave into these new levels of consciousness, and you are all being deeply, deeply held and guided into this new consciousness; you made it here tonight and it was exactly the way that is meant to be. Your cells and your DNA are being activated, your hearts connected to the universal heart, and your mind connected to the universal mind. You’re also connecting to each other, for you are all one. The love will always, always, always flow. We say to treasure your bodies, feed them and exercise them well, and they will uphold you and support you in this transition.
You have all learned and understood this night what it is to be Christ conscious, when the wounded or the hurt aspects of yourself come together and become one and all the issues in your family constellation are released; that is when you become Christ conscious, that is when you are the king of your own life and when you’re walking that magical path between heaven and earth and the love is constantly flowing through you. You’ve recognized the lies and the dishonesty of the old earth and you are free from the dark side and the love flows through you and you emanate love for all to share. You are connected to all of mankind, and you will begin to lift the vibration of this planet and of those who live on the planet.
So just allow your hearts to open even more than they already are, and allow your heart to expand; just let it fill with love. Let it fill with love, just like the first time you ever fell in love, like you never feared getting your heart hurt, and just allowing your heart to expand more and more, expanding into the person who sat next to you and expanding to fill up the room, just filling more and more with love, it safe to allow your heart to open this night. Nothing can happen to your heart with your eyes closed here in a meditation, only good things can happen. Just be with your heart, and place all your consciousness and all your awareness in your heart.
Allow the TV screen in your mind to play back through your life, see all the loves that you’ve won and lost. And just be with your heart, dear ones, your spirit guides are at your feet, they’re here to hold you and to love and to guide you. They’re here to see what you can’t see, like a periscope on a submarine, with a telescope you can see across the ocean and your spirit guides can see your journey ahead of you. So just allow all those feelings to come and let them go and allow your spirit guides to take you wherever you need to go, observing your breath and relaxing, going deeper and deeper and deeper. Be with the love that’s in your heart and share this love with everybody in the room, sending your love to everybody in this room this night, and receiving the love from everybody in the room. This is how the new world will be: no competition, just love, loving each other, accepting each other, being with each other.
Allow the energies of the room to expand, and allow your energies to go higher and higher and higher, and feel Mother Earth beneath your feet, holding you, loving you, caressing you. Let whatever feelings are in your body, let them come and let them go, and have the intention to hold each other, to love each other, and to go to this new dimension, in the fourth dimension. You will not understand this dimension; you have to wait until your mind is sane and is upgraded to a fourth dimensional mind, but just feel all these energies in your body and feel how the love flows, how the love cancels out the negativity.
As we said in the beginning that the Kryon energy is the umbrella of many, many energies, and Lithuania has been a conscious country in years gone by and it has a language filled with consciousness and filled with love. Your ancestors are here this night, this very night your pagan ancestors that lived within nature, that lived with the land and the spirits of the trees, and the many different spirits; for these people this was true, and they present you with these gifts this night, reconnecting you to these ancient spirits, to this ancient world.
Allow these connections to flow and feel these energies. Your ancient brothers and sisters, they spread this beautiful consciousness around the world, become like a sponge, soaking up the consciousness of your ancestors and your ancestors’ love; they will be taking you on a journey, a journey home, a journey to the very truth of who you are.
Consciousness moves through Lithuania into the Americas, into Asia, and throughout the world, teaching the ancient cultures how to love, how to live with the earth; consciousness passed this way many thousands of yours ago, and this consciousness will come back, and you will receive this consciousness once again, emptying your body of old negativities and the love that’s already there will be energized and expanded.
Lithuania is old ancient people, and they are very close to those of Native American peoples, to the Toltecs of the south and southern Mexico, and the Mayan and the Incas, to the great shaman of the Russian lands. All these peoples knew how to live and love upon this earth. They knew how to keep their hearts open and stay connected to Mother Earth and to Father Sky. Allow these energies of the Native Americans to support this process this very night, and just feel this energy come to you and come to the room, for this is an energy of love and of power they forsake their land for the white man to have this experience of separation so we would never walk down this path ever again. Once you move into the fourth dimension you are constantly connected, fully connected to the divine.
The Native Americans may have a special message for each one of you this night, allow yourself to listen, to hear what they have to say to you. Open your inner ears and let them speak; allow the vibrations of your body to rise higher and higher.
And now we bring you the spirit of the Toltecs, and feel this energy, this new energy, ancient but new for you this night, and allow it to awaken your cells and your DNA, and allow it to connect you to the spirits, the animal spirits, to the spirits of the plants, to the spirits of the great pine forests. Many of you have lived these lives with the Native Americans to the Toltecs.
And now let us bring you the spirits of the Mayan, who had great and ancient knowledge, who knew this time was coming. Everyone, without fail, in this room had a lifetime with the Mayan, and let them bring you the knowledge of these end times. Let them bring you the love and the forgiveness and a deep connection to Father Sky, and let them bring to you their deep understanding of the universe and its cycles.
There are many, many aspects of yourselves being reawakened this night; many, many changes are coming, and you will be deeply connected to the Earth, to the Universe and to each other. And just feel the love, and let the love come higher and higher and higher, and just take the time to feel your bodies, allowing your vibration to go higher and higher and higher, feeling Mother Earth beneath you and her energies ascending, taking you to the fourth dimension. Allow the love to come, the love to flow, for very shortly, dear ones, there will be an onset of love flowing through your bodies, and you will merge and flow together just like these two rivers here in Kaunas, constantly flowing, constantly merging.
You’re here on a very powerful confluence where the masculine and the feminine will merge, and just allow the spirits of these two rivers to teach you how to flow and how to merge. That is why we’re here in Kaunas, this night, to allow the masculine and the feminine to flow and to merge, allowing the new world to flow into your hearts; in the new world, the masculine and the feminine flow together.
Feel your energies going higher and higher. Allow your energies to go higher and higher and higher, and feel the connection to Mother Earth and to Father Sky; this is what it will feel like in less than a year from now. On the twenty-first of the twelfth 2012 the end of one cycle, or many cycles, and the beginning of new cycles. You will enter the dimension that is very different from this one, and eventually you will ascend to this new consciousness, an even higher consciousness.
The fourth dimension of Christ consciousness will only allow you to create from love. There will be no ruling and no controlling, just a flow of love, and you will constantly and always be connected to Father Sky and to Mother Earth. We’re going to allow you to sit in this energy for a few more minutes, to let your body be used to this energy. Your cells and your DNA are activating to a new level of consciousness, but you will bring love first of all to your own human body. Illness and consciousness will become a thing of the past and you will begin to live the life of your dreams.
You’re now in a fourth dimensional vibration with a three dimensional mind. Slowly allow this vibration into your mind, upgrading your mind to a fourth dimensional mind, allowing this energy of love to connect what is disconnected. Let the feelings come and let the feelings go. You’re feeling the energies of these ancient cultures, but all these cultures that we mentioned earlier, they all ascended to Christ consciousness and they’re bringing to you their gifts, their energies and their ways. They’re awakening your inner knowledge so that you will easily find your way. You are all being reconnected to the universe so that you can go into your world and heal yourself and heal all those that surround you.
Be with this new vibration… let your body feel what it feels like… and observe what you observe… let the feelings come, let the feelings go, allowing yourselves and your DNA to activate to this new vibration and moving you into a new vibration of love. The new world is coming, dear ones, and just know that this is what it feels like.

What energy and experiences can we expect in March 2012?
The energy this month is like a beating heart, it has a pulse. There is a feeling that things coming in and going out. There is a feeling of things moving forward and then backward. There is a rhythm to this month and if you can find that sense of rhythm and go along when things move up and go along when things go down, you will find that this month can feel very powerful. It can take you to a deeper place in a way that is similar to the beating of a drum taking you to a deeper place inside yourself and in your connection with Spirit. If you are not willing to move with the rhythm of the month, you are going to find yourself really struggling to find balance. It will feel like you are being tossed around in different directions and it will be difficult to stay on course.
This pulsing energy really is like the energy of a heart. The heart center is very important this month, and love is very important this month. The month of March is like the heart of the year 2012. In fact, one way you can think about the progression of this year is like energy moving downward through the human chakra system. You began in December and January with a very elevated, ethereal energy -- it was hard to get things done, it was hard to feel connected, it was hard to find the ground beneath your feet. In February, you downloaded a lot of information down through the third eye and the throat chakra. And in March, you are moving from the throat chakra down to the heart center, and you will continue downward through the rest of the year. Essentially, as a human race you are pulling a great deal of higher level, multi-dimensional, spiritual energy and information down from those higher dimensions, into third dimensional reality and into this material world so that it can be used to help further your evolution. So that downward motion, pulling these higher wisdoms down, moves through your chakra system and it really comes into your heart this month.
Many of you will have heart experiences. You might have heartbreaking experiences, you might have heart-strengthening experiences, and you might have both at the very same time. It is very important to take care of those things that you love this month and to take care of your own heart. Be sweet with yourself, feed your spirit, and feed your heart with experiences that cause you to feel more love and less fear. It has never been more important than it will be in March to look for things that feed your love rather than things that feed your fear.
This is slightly different from choosing love over fear, which is always important. This month it is important to really look at what you nourish yourself with. What information do you take in? What food do you eat? What people do you surround yourself with? Make sure that, as much as you can, you are feeding yourself with loving influences and avoiding those things that cause you to feel fear or think fearful thoughts. You cannot perfect your life and you cannot purify it. Just make sure you are nourishing your love as much as possible.

What other ways can we find the greatest benefit by using the energy this month?
This month it is important to take care of your physical body. That sense of nourishment also applies to your physical frame. As you pull energy downward, it really challenges your body -- it challenges your ability to stay centered in your body. Running this extra energy through, whether you are conscious of it or not, does take a toll on the connection between your mind, your spirit, and your heart. Make sure you are taking very good care of your physical body this month, especially in terms of what you eat.
Also participate in activities that help you be grounded with Planet Earth and connected with people at the same time. Spending time in nature and connecting with people while you are in nature will be very helpful. Any rituals or ceremonies that bring a group together in connection with the Earth will help you this month. Volunteering to do work on behalf of the planet is included, as well. You will really tap into the true power of this heart energy that is available in March of 2012 if you connect with Planet Earth and communities of people.
It is also important that you become aware of your interpersonal boundaries. This is something that most Lightworkers have been looking at and working on for many years. It is time to take a new look at how you manage your relationships. Are you fair? Are you honest? Are you kind? In the same way that you ask those questions on behalf of how you treat other people, make sure you ask those questions on behalf of yourself. Are you being true to yourself? Are you being fair to yourself? Are you being kind to yourself? Often you will need to say "no" to someone and to cause disappointment in order to take the best possible care of yourself. The wisdom that underlies your interpersonal boundaries as a light worker is that taking care of yourself enables you to take better care of those around you. Depleting yourself disables you from taking good care of those around you. This has always been true and it is now necessary that you embrace this.
This month, make sure that you are really looking at your interpersonal relationships and fine-tuning your ability to say “No” with kindness and compassion when you need to in order to take the very best care of yourself that you can. By the same turn, say "Yes" when you need to in order to get the things that nourish your spirit and feed your soul.

RELEASING THE HABIT OF BEING THIRD DIMENSIONAL
Dear Ones,
We the Arcturian expression of our many grounded ones wish to assist you in releasing the habit of being third dimensional. This habit, like all habits, is a set of behaviors that originate in your unconscious mind. Therefore, you are not consciously aware of these habitual actions, thoughts and emotions. Hence, you do not know the reason for these habits. To change a habit you must bring up from your unconscious mind and into your conscious awareness. Once you can consciously observe your habit, you can begin to change it.

At first, you may not be aware that certain habitual actions, thoughts make you feel unhappy. However, if you continue to observe when you feel unhappy, you can begin to trace that feeling back to its source. For example, you may not know why you are feeling anxious for quite a while, but you keep observing your self. Then once day, you realize that a certain thought, that used to be unconscious and is now conscious, always makes you feel anxious.

Therefore, you can begin to change that thought by trying to “catch yourself in the act.”
At first it may take several days for you to realize that you are feeling anxius because you have allowed yourself to think in a certain way.
Then, with continued observation, you realize you are anxious because you just had that thought.
Then, you have the “last time” experience, in which you can catch yourself in the NOW of having that thought. But, you cannot change it! This is very important, for you can clearly observe how the type of thinking makes you feel anxious.
After you catch your self in the act, you can stop the thought just before you have it and transmute it into a higher frequency thought.
Eventually, you will heal yourself of thinking in that fashion and suffer much less anxiety.

The best way to catch your self in the habit of being third dimensional is to be conscious of your third dimensional thinking. Third dimensional thinking is based on time, space, separation, limitation, gender and illusion. This type of thinking brings about many fearful emotions because you are constantly on the clock of what you have to do, how far you have to go to do it, other people that you have to deal with, all the limitations that you must surmount, social gender issues, and myriad illusions. Third dimensional thinking lowers your consciousness and dis-allows you to perceive the amazing reality that is just beyond your limited perceptions.

Bringing the source of your third dimensional thinking out of your unconscious and into your conscious awareness is the same process as releasing habits. Eventually, you must “catch yourself in the act,” so that you can transmute your third dimensional thinking into its higher expression of multidimensional thinking. It is through conscious recognition of the emotions that arise from third dimensional thinking that you can begin your process of releasing that type of thinking.

Third dimensional thinking is largely fear-based, and many fear-based emotions arise from the myriad limitations, loss of personal power and loneliness that arise from it. At first, you may not realize that you are thinking in a time-bound, third dimensional way. However, you are very aware that you are feeling nervous, anxious, depressed, angry or sad. Instead of asking yourself what outside event initiated these feelings, you ask yourself what thought initiated this feeling. In other words, instead of looking into the illusions of your third dimensional world to find the source of your emotions, you look inside to your own manner of thinking.

If you take a moment to connect with your higher expression of SELF, you can use your superconscious perspective to quickly identify that third dimensional thinking has created your uncomfortable emotions. At first, you may wait until your emotional reactions to your thoughts are quite extreme. Fortunately, with practice, you will learn to more immediately identify that the source of your discomfort is your own third dimensional thinking and NOT an outside source.

In this way you can realize that most of your emotions arise, not from your physical life, but from the way you think about your life. With this realization, you can begin to catch yourself in the act of thinking in a limited, fearful, separate and/or time-bound manner. This is when you can begin to release your habit of third dimensional thinking, and begin to allow yourself to remember your innate multidimensional thinking. Multidimensional thinking arises not from your third dimensional unconscious brain but from your superconscious multidimensional mind.

Whereas your third dimensional thinking has been trained to use only 3% of your DNA and about 5% of your brain, multidimensional thinking arises from the 97% of DNA that was formerly turned-off. As the higher light from the Galactic Center enters your Pineal Gland and is integrated into your physical brain, the 97% DNA is turned-on and your “whole brain thinking” is activated. With whole brain thinking, the 95% of brain activity comes online to originate your Multidimensional Operating System, which is based on multidimensional thinking.

Whereas third dimensional thinking is based on the illusion of time, multidimensional thinking is based on the NOW of the ONE. With continued experiences of the NOW, you loose time. And, with no time, there is no space. Therefore, there is no separate. At this point you begin to have “NOW experiences,” in which you are ONE with your Multidimensional SELF. In these moments of Unity with the ONE you can perceive and experience higher dimensions of reality.

Within these experiences of being you Multidimensional SELF you begin to understand how YOU have created and chosen to participate in every aspect of your life. As you gradually return to the habit of being multidimensional, you remember how to transmute your habit of being third dimensional into the Truth of being your true SELF. Transmutation is your innate ability to change any experience through raising its resonance into a higher frequency of reality. Raising the resonance of your reality is ascension. As you ascend with your beloved Gaia, you will choose to perceive and participate in progressively higher frequencies of your ascending reality.

Transmuting your reality as it is happening is a rehearsal to remind yourself that you do NOT want to participate in reality in that fashion—or that you do not want to participate in that reality at all. With each rehearsal you identify the reality that you don’t wish to participate in and/or the behavior that you no longer wish to exercise. Each time you catch yourself in the act of behaving a certain way or participating in an unwanted reality, you have an opportunity to look inside yourself as and say, “I AM the creator of my reality. Why did I create and/or participate in that reality?”

There may be different reasons at different times, but if you observe that you acted, or are acting, in an unconscious, habitual manner say: “I AM the creator of my reality and All patterns of resonance are created by my consciousness. My reality, the reality that I AM creating, begins with a thought form, which I created by the thoughts and emotions that I am consciously, or unconsciously, allowing to fill my heart and mind.” This sentence is the key to being able to remain on New Earth.

New Earth is not a place; it is a frequency. It is not your responsibility to experience it; it is your choice. You can only perceive and experience New Earth when you are resonating to a fifth dimension and beyond state of consciousness. These higher states of consciousness are what open your Inner Portal to New Earth. However, whenever your consciousness drops below the fifth dimension, you will no longer resonate to that frequency of reality. Therefore, you will no longer be able to perceive the reality that is always there.

For example, insects perceive and experience the ultraviolet reality. This reality is always around you, and you can easily see the third dimensional insect bodies that are seeing and living in that reality. However, your consciousness and, hence, your perceptions, do not resonate to the ultraviolet frequency of the physical light spectrum. Therefore, you can see the insects, but you can’t see reality as they see it.

At first, ascension will be similar to the insect vision, in that you can perceive New Earth, and others could see your physical body, but they will not be able to see the reality you are seeing until their consciousness resonates to the same frequency. This example is similar to a clairvoyant who can see beings from higher dimensions or a clairaudient who can hear higher dimensional voices. Those whose consciousness is still only third dimensional, can see these people, and may ask them to share the reality their experiences, but they cannot experience that reality themselves.

Fortunately, as your consciousness expands,
so do your perceptions.

I am indebted to you for your efforts which have given you untold gems of mystery and love and that is enough to bring you forward to the point of ascension, and for some, beyond. Ascension is not a goal but a moveable process whereby even the Ascended Masters grow with every heartbeat. Once you have ' Ascended ' you do not stop there by any means. And ascension is different for each and every one of you, but there are things which help us see our ascension more clearly and shine a light upon our path, markers if you will. Some of these are :

POTENCY - the quality and strength of your meditations, clear communications will be upon you, and there will be freedom from the dark, negative forces which seek to bring you down and away from your spiritual path.

RAISING THE BAR - when you have attended to your daily tasks you make time to dig a little deeper with what you are doing, becoming stronger and more devoted in your creativity. Even throu the storms of life, the trials should we say, of hoops of learning that you move through,you will be ever grateful to the lesson itself.

That which you hold onto so desperately but is trying to dissolve is not TRUTH and we ask why you hold on so tightly? Why do you allow definition of SELF through objects and possessions? For that which YOU ARE is not visible to your naked eye. Many look in the mirror and believe the teachings of distortion that teaches the reflection is all that is there. We guide this is distortion on many levels and guide all to detach from this.

Mirrors have been used in many different ways to contain and suppress and we guide for you to look within to process our words for TRUTH. How can you define that which is indefinable? How can you see the LIGHT that is within with a brief glance at a reflection, a reflection you have been taught to distrust and to dislike? That which has held you in the distortion is now beginning to dissolve and break down and yet many are now crying out in despair, holding on to that which has enslaved them. Do you not dream to be FREE and accept your FREEdom?

That which is containing is the teachings that you have absorbed deep into your BEing, the thoughts that fleet across your mind are not innocent for they have a twist that will see you turn the key once more in the lock of the door of your prison. Why do so many on planet earth believe they have no power? Why do you look to those around you and compare yourself to them? why do you allow the mind so much power in a world that is based on emotions and the heart?

These are the questions to ask SELF in the silence within the heart. For there is no way to invoke logic in the process of awakening. Logic is what has contained and suppressed for aeons and we guide all to question the value of continuing to think endlessly about what just IS.

Those who are now awakening to deeper levels, those who are walking and living TRUTH will continue to unlock and awaken deeper levels of SELF, look to those who walk in TRUTH for impossible, for whilst your mind will tell you “cant”, “shouldn’t” there are those who walk the planet earth who are in the their hearts and are finding balance within the chaos. They serve as a blinding light to those who now walk blindfold into the new world. For the blindfold is loose, it can be undone by YOU at any time but many are reluctant to discard it. “Familiar” being the key to this particular prison. Whilst you seek out “familiar” and stick to “routine” you fail to question that which is around you, does it serve you? if not why not? The questioning must begin for the walk into freedom to start. Do you understand our words, our analogy?

For many are now looking to others to solve the puzzle that is theirs alone. Those who live on the planet earth with YOU are not YOU and this is what is the mind cannot understand. For the mind cannot separate out YOUr reality from those around YOU. Whilst you continue to assume that all FEEL and experience the world as you do YOU walk blindfold, for YOU are the only one who is experiencing life in exactly the way that YOU do. It makes no sense to defer to those around YOU who are not YOU to ask for their solutions to that which belongs to YOU. Do you understand our guidance?

Many are now waiting and we ask what YOU wait for? For the universe will wait patiently with you as you wait and wait. The waiting is the default position for those who are in the mind and not the heart. For the mind is awaiting instruction but the heart is seeking connection. Do you understand the analogy? The difference? Whilst the mind waits it fills the spaces with thoughts that are mere dreams and fantasies but those who wait may attach to these thoughts. The thoughts are then created as the energy begins to flow through these thoughts. Then the human will react and scenario of the mind begins once more. The way to end this cycle of thought, fantasy, creation, is to move to the heart, for the heart can discern that which is wishful and that which is real. YOU create reality in each breath and we guide for all to absorb and anchor this TRUTH.

For whilst you let the mind dream that which it is allowed to dream, to ponder is that which may be created. As the energies now begin to intensify the period between dreaming and creating grows ever smaller as the power of those awake and awakening begins to gather strength. Do you dream to sleep or do you sleep to dream? We ask for you to be present in the moment, to realise that all thoughts are creative thoughts. Do you weed out the thoughts that do no resonate or do you allow them to be sung across the universe? The universe hears the singing and responds, it does not filter that which is TRUTH and that which is not for that is the role of the heart. Do you see how this works dear ones? Do you see how you can sing another songs and dream anothers dream?

Those who are now in chaos need to anchor into the planet earth, for all that is moving and shifting is like sand, ever moving, always creating and anchoring into the planet where you are incarnated on is like completing a circuit. All is energy and that energy is flowing, if you are in chaos then the energy is chaotic, it flows in all directions at once. This can lead to energy overload and the FEELing may be one of loss of control. We guide for you to ground into planet earth regularly to earth yourselves. You would not plug a plug into a live socket without earthing it yet the humans walking planet earth do this to the human body daily. Earthing is what is needed for planet earth is also shifting and moving. The way to sync this is to earth.

We guide for all to detach from what they are taught as TRUTH and to go within to the silence to discern TRUTH for TRUTH is only discerned by the heart. No amount of reading and rereading that which is taken for fact on the planet earth will help to move the heart into place and the mind to step back. For that which is in place on planet earth as “familiar” is in place to keep the mind occupied, a mind occupied is a human who is not in their heart and who is creating without dreaming. Do you understand our analogy?

To dream the new dream means being present in the moment, how do you dream dear ones? Do you let idle thoughts drift across your view or do you go into the silence and ask to be shown the dream that your SOUL dreams? For the SOUL is the dreamer and you are the creator, do you understand our analogy and our guidance? Many are running through their human life experience as if being chased and we guide for all to detach from this distortion. To dream clearly is to breathe deeply, it is to connect deeply with the SOUL, for how can you dream the same dream as your SOUL if you have not connected with your SOUL?

We are the Shimmering Ones and we are here to guide you back to the heart, for the heart is the map that you are searching for as you begin to set sail over uncharted waters. Many are seeking to buy and borrow maps without realising that all maps are contained within the heart, you did not incarnate onto this planet without a map. Look within dear ones and begin to get your bearings. For the calm and the silence will show you what you need whilst the chaos of the planet earth will show you that which is trying to stop you set sail.

Communication across planet earth is designed to engage the mind, we guide all to detach from this, the map is accessed personally through the heart, it is not looked up on the internet nor is contained within the media. All information that is now flooding across the planet is not all information, much is disinformation, TRUTH is something that is FELT, it is KNOWN, it is not agreed. Do you understand our analogy? Do you understand our guidance?

The new will now unfold rapidly as the moment has now begun that cannot be stopped. Those who are still holding the flag for duality will find more and more chaos unfold across their human life experience as the new energies begin to dissolve that which no longer serves. To engage with the chaos, to try to control the chaos is akin to swimming against the tide for the new is the new on planet earth, it can be no other way.

We are here to guide and never to lead for that is not the role of the realms and the races that are now stepping forward to guide and support the human race. There is no leading for there is no need, guidance is merely navigation, many are on auto pilot and we guide for all to be aware of this. Auto pilot may have been engaged within the old energies, as the old is now being dissolve the old dream may now no longer be relevant. We guide for all to go within and to check with the SOUL and to take over the sailing of the ship that is your human life experience. YOU cannot blame the ship for going in the wrong direction if you have abandoned your post as captain of said ship. We guide for all to process our words through the heart and to hear TRUTH.

That which is unfolding will now increase, the “familiar” will now begin to break down in earnest for that which no longer serves is dissolving rapidly. To maintain balance simply go within and ask. The answers are not given to you, they are found within you. That which has been life on planet earth for aeons is now no longer. The creation of human life experience now turned over to you, for it was always yours. We ask once more do you dream to sleep or do you sleep to dream. You are witnessing the beginning of the end of all that has held you back, so that you can take the quantum leap forward that comes with Ascension. It has taken a long time to get to this exact moment, to enjoy the success of all ours and your endeavours. It was inevitable regardless of what the dark Ones did to stop our progress, and in the end they laid themselves open to defeat because of their immense greed and arrogance. Not even money can buy them their way out of the collapse of their empire, which is now about to come apart. It obviously has not gone unnoticed, and it is giving confidence to people who have stories to tell that will reveal the truth. Changes have suddenly started to speed up, and you can expect them to continue from hereon. Sometimes you might pinch yourself to make sure it is really happening, as they will take your breath away. Always look for the positive aspects of change, which are often more in the way of "clearing the decks" ready for the new to come in.

Now that the sorting out of people who are not fit to serve you has begun, it will extend to all areas of life. Politicians are by and large unreliable and prone to break their oath to serve you the people. They are already under scrutiny and will soon be subject to removal where they have committed criminal acts. Provisional governments will be put in place where necessary, and control will be given to those who have proved worthy of such responsibility. We do not expect much resistance to the changes, as we have the absolute proof we need to go ahead and there can be no argument about it. If necessary, we can go back in time to prove a point, so you will realise why we can be so confident. It means that we do not have to resort to force to accomplish our gaols.

The financial situation is still very fluid, but lurches from one problem to another. Whatever is done there will no way of returning to the old ways, and certain currencies will collapse forcing changes that will be welcomed. It will all be part of the end of old systems that allowed much fraudulent activity, and obscene profits made. Profit is not as you might say "a dirty word", but it should reflect a fair reward for services given. A small number of people have acquired most of the wealth of the world, leaving millions poor and many on less than survival wages. Do not doubt for one moment that it will remain as such because abundance is coming, and the standards of living will be greatly increased. Sharing will be the order of the day, and with ever increasing levels of consciousness people will easily change their approach to one another. Deep within you are loving Beings, that will quickly sweep away the present dogmas, and false differences that have been keeping you apart.

See everyone as like yourself and accept that it should not be any different, as you all originally came from the Source of All That Is. Each of you have had many lives living according to different creeds and religious orders. You have moved between many different cultures, and that has been part of your necessary experience to bring you back into the Light. It is best to acknowledge the beauty that lies in the differences, that lead to so many varied experiences that are the building bricks of your consciousness. Indeed, you might consider that there would be no point in living with duality unless it presented you with all manner of challenges for your growth.

Over millennia of time Humans have created so much anger and hatred amongst themselves, that subconsciousness memories of the reasons are still very much held by them. This has led to racial tension and the cabal have played upon it to keep you at one another's throats. Often the black man has been looked upon as a lesser Being and as illiterate, yet that was intended by the dark Ones as they deliberately denied him real educational opportunities. They knew that it would make them more easier to take into slavery, and for hundreds of years exploited that situation. Your enthusiasm for sports has however partly overcome the problem, as you have what you call "an equal playing field" where the black man has excelled in them. It has helped people to accept the rights of all races to be treated equally.

Even in this closing period of duality everyone can still learn a lot, as the circumstances will still throw up challenges to test your resolve to be as one who is living the Light. With so many revelations coming out you need to be on your guard, as it would be only too easy to be judgmental. By all means speak about matters, but do it from an impersonal angle without empowering it with your emotional energy. Remember as we have informed you on a number of times, you do not know another souls life plan or why they have chosen their experiences. In the higher Spirit worlds souls are of a vibration that gives no energy to judgement or condemnation, they hold the love vibration and it is not in their way of thinking.

Dear Ones, you gone through a lot throughout the cycle of duality, and it is now time to rise above it and dissolve any links you have with it. Move firmly into the Light and live it by being compassionate and loving where all life is concerned. It is not as difficult as you may think, and many of you do it without really giving it any thought. When it becomes second nature to you, you will know you are well on the way to completion and Ascension. You will become more like the Being you were, before you stepped down into the lower vibrations. That should feel natural to you as it is your true state of being, as a spiritual Being. As such you may find that you experience a lightness as though you are walking on air, and a peace and calmness that is bliss.

The Galactic Federation draws closer and is in readiness to allow more sightings of their craft. Certain events indicate that you are rapidly growing more accepting of our presence, and are encouraged by seeing our craft. Before very long, we will be everywhere and sightings will become commonplace. We will be coming and going with the business of helping you with the advent of new technologies, that will lift your standard of life and remove long lasting problems. We wish you to be happy and at peace before you reach the important point and wonderful conclusion to duality this year.

Q: What will the "New Earth" (4/5D) reality really be like? Will it be a dramatic change like others have described?

A: For some it will not seem dramatic at all, but more of a feeling of "home." There are many beings that have incarnated on earth at this time from other planets and dimensions, as you are well aware. To be in a state of joy, unconditional love and an ever-expanding flow of abundance is your natural state as divine beings. For some to come here and experience a denser plane of reality this was a choice and in some ways, a sacrifice that you made in service to what has been called Father/Mother, or the all-that-is.

Like your Buddha, I advocate a path of a "middle way" that is balanced between all extremes. One can become very high from Spirit so to speak, just as one can become intoxicated by Love. In these times it is wise to stay present in the moment and respond to the issues and reality that is before you. This is a response to your initial question as the entire concept of the Shift has become rather overblown. If you could step outside of this "play" you would see that all is well and is unfolding with divine consciousness. In truth, you are creating aspects of it as you proceed. Some will create a magical existence filled with a childlike wonder and innocence. Others will have a beautiful, but somewhat different experience. Just as there are many aspects and dimensions of you as a being, there will not be a "one size fits all" ascension experience, you see?

This is something that is unprecedented in all of creation. There have been shifts of growth in other galaxies and on other planets, but not quite the same as what is currently happening on your Gaia. This is why it is important to keep one's thoughts and actions positive and to keep away from fear as much as possible. Just as a newborn babe is vulnerable to the energy and environment in which it emerges into, you see? You are giving birth to yourselves and a new Gaia. Well I will say the true Gaia; back to her original form of perfection, sustenance and beauty, in all of her glory.

This month of June is a full and challenging month for you. It is a time of much cleansing and clearing, a time to step forth and take the path of highest light. Many of you are experiencing extreme physical challenges. We ask you to take more care of your physical vessels. If you strain your physical vessel, and push it to much, you will not be able to maintain the integrity of ascension. By this we mean, integrated ascension, ascension with ease and grace, and well being. When you abuse your bodies through the substances you put into it, the liquids you drink, and the foods that you eat, you only make the path more difficult for yourselves.

When you reach a certain plateau, a certain light quotient, you will have absorbed as much light as you are able to contain. Your God Self is limitless, expansive, all encompassing, and eternal divine light, yet it is the game you chose to play in which you encased yourselves in a physical body. To move forth with ease and grace, once you have reached a certain light quotient, you will find that you must begin to come into physical alighment more fully, if you have not already. Your inner guidance will let you know that you are in a sense, being held back in raising your consciousness, until your physical body has come more into alignment.

Beloved ones, we ask you to practice moderation in all things. Moderation in the foods that you eat, the liquids you drink, and all that you put into your body. Your body is a Temple for your God Self, and this is you. Take care of your blessed temple. Love it honor it, nurture it and it will love you and respond to you.

You may meditate and speak to your body elemental, as we have asked you to do, and you may assist your body greatly, in staying in alignment. Be attuned to your inner wisdom, it will never lead you astray. Many of you would benefit through the releasing of habits such as cigarettes and alcohol. Many of you would do well to consider eating more raw vegetables, more raw foods, which
are the living light of God. These foods contain the life force needed to sustain your body through ascension. These foods are filled with the building blocks which sustain, and create new tissue, and build your healthy body. Yes, you are building your light body, but please do not neglect your physical body. It will respond to you with vibrant health, but you must go the distance through these challenging times. You are meant to enjoy the pleasures of earthly life, in a physical body, which is vibrantly healthy, a body of eternal youth. When one has the choice, most choose a body with a physical structure and age of about thirty five years. You are returning to this, dear ones, it is available much sooner than any of you are expecting.

Dear Ones, remember to savor the journey, remember to enjoy this journey living each now moment. It is why you are here, to savor the pleasure of having a physical body, to savor your pleasure in the highest emotions of unconditional love, joy, peace, harmony, and beauty, and to enjoy the eternal abundance which is your divine birthright. The more choices you make which are aligned with God's will within you, the more quickly you will be able to enjoy these bounteous gifts. You will enjoy ease and grace and synchronicity in your lives, and miracles will occur. When you savor the journey, you are also living in the now moment. This is the moment where all your power is, dear ones. This is the moment when you are creating. The past is complete, and you must plan for the future, but live in the Now. The Now is your creative power. The Now is your divine connection with the All That Is. The Now is everlasting, never ending, and it is bliss, if you choose to stay on the straight and narrow path and make it so.

The straight and narrow path is also the path of impeccability, and yes dear ones, it seems so much to do, but the higher you raise your consciousness, how much better do you feel? Do you not find these moments where life is joyous and glorious, and more and more these moments are occurring and they become days, as you learn to live in the love of your sacred heart? We know so many of you have reached this level and we know that once you have, you will never stop reaching for self mastery. The love, the joy, the peace, the harmony, and the abundance is free flowing in your lives and you now have a sample of what your earthly journey will be. Dear Ones, keep your focus on what is good around you, and see the good in all others around you. As you do this, you will encourage them to live their highest truth and there will be a highest outcome for all. Your world expands to an even greater brightness.

Forge ahead, beloved ones, with dedication and determination, as you remain in the love of your sacred heart. I am always with you.
